West Coast IPA with roasted jalapeño

Phat Jack starts with a West Coast IPA and adds over two and a half pounds per barrel of whole roasted jalapeños. This golden-straw colored ale forms a tight white head of foam, coaxing aromas of green chilis and background notes of grain. It's medium to full body brings bold roasted chili pepper combined with robust hop bitterness rounding out with soft pith. It finishes crisp and smooth, lingering with a resin-ating hop/pepper harmony.
